Refund Policy

Mom's Elf Helper sells one-time packs of AI-generated elf videos. There is no subscription and nothing renews, so there is never anything to cancel.

Full refund within 14 days, while the pack is unused

If you have not generated a single video from a pack, we will refund the full amount within 14 days of purchase. Reply to your receipt email, or email us with the address you paid with, and we will process it.

Once a video has been generated, the pack is not refundable

Each generated video costs us real money to render, and the video is yours to keep and download. So the refund window closes the moment the first video in that pack finishes rendering.

A generation that fails on our side never counts against this. Failed renders are retried for free, and they never consume a video.

Why 14 days

Most parents buy in late November or the first week of December. A 14-day window is long enough to cover a change of mind, a duplicate purchase, or a child who stops believing early, and it closes before the Christmas Eve rush. That keeps the policy honest for the families who genuinely want the videos.

Your videos never expire

Any videos you do not use this December are still on your account next year. That is the other reason we would rather you keep the pack than refund it.

How to ask for a refund

Reply to the receipt email from your purchase and tell us you would like a refund. Refunds go back to the original card and usually land within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
